• Standard Shipping Rate: For orders below ₹1,999, a flat rate of ₹133/Kg will apply.

• Express Delivery Rate: For faster delivery, a rate of ₹150/Kg will apply.

• Free Delivery in Raipur, C.G.: We provide complimentary delivery on all orders within Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. This includes the time required for product customization.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days after dispatch.

• Express Delivery: 2-4 business days after dispatch (if selected at checkout).

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability.
